Warby Parker is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing our Anaplan models and developing reporting tools that drive insightful analyses on business performance and trends, as well as supporting the development of Board of Directors, investor, and internal communication materials. What you’ll do:

• Alongside FP&A team and business partners, develop and manage dynamic, scalable financial models within Anaplan
• Configure Anaplan modules, lists, dashboards, and other model settings
• Work closely with end users to support Anaplan model functionality and troubleshoot user issues
• Build dashboards and other reporting methods using data visualization tools to develop and deliver thoughtful analyses to the FP&A team and supporting departments
• Partner with our Data team to maintain definitions for key metrics and ensure accuracy of data in reporting and planning tools
• Provide analytical and strategic support on key FP&A team deliverables (e.g., annual budgeting, financial projections, and Board of Directors meeting preparation) as well as on ad hoc analyses

Who you are:

• Equipped with 5–7 years of a business intelligence, analytics, or financial planning role
• Backed by a year or more of Anaplan model-building experience
• Naturally curious with a passion for problem-solving using data and analytics
• Able to work with large amounts of data and detail without losing sight of the big picture
• A self-starter who is able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments, take initiative, and work independently
• An excellent communicator and collaborator who loves to share findings and actionable insights
• Passionate about direct-to-consumer businesses and excited to support the growth and development of an organization that delivers a best-in-class customer experience
• A firm believer in Warby Parker’s social mission
• Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra credit:

• Experience working in a high-growth consumer-facing operating company
• Google BigQuery, Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau know-how
• Familiarity with SQL or other programming languages like R or Python
