Position Objective
Providing support to the WorldStrides ISA Custom Programs Sales Team, specifically the Program Development Managers & Associates. They serve as the primary operational support assisting with the internal development of new sale programs while ensuring accuracy and completeness with respect to itinerary building, airfare requests, pricing and proposal creation

•Possesses strong and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Demonstrates acute attention to detail, organization, detailed documentation, effective time management, and prompt follow-up.
Essential Functions:
•Develop itineraries, pricing and proposals with a high attention to detail based on client preferences and direction from the PDM’s/PDA’s.
•Request airfare as needed and understand how the airfare fits into the program itinerary.
•Research program destinations as necessary in order to build an itinerary appropriate to client needs and realistic for travel.
•Meet deadlines as laid out for specific tasks and manage workload daily to ensure deadlines are met.
•Communicate with in country partners to secure pricing and obtain correct inclusions and pricing needs.
•Understand relationships with ground operators and communicate to ensure quotes are being obtained in a timely manner.
•Proof pricing details submitted by in country partners and provide accurate and complete pricing to the finance team.
•Proactively communicate with internal team members including, but not limited to, pricing, operations, air, visas and Global Academic Team.
•Collaborate with excellent communication skills and respect with WorldStride ISA team members and in country partners.
•Create online portals and promotional websites for WorldStrides’ client-facing sites.
•Participate in special projects as needed and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
•Attend and contribute to regular department meetings.
•Protect sensitive financial information.
•Help with pre-trip audits on new sales as needed.

•Identifying and discussing personal and professional growth goals with the Quality Control Manager on an ongoing basis.
