Objective: The primary goal of a Sales Trainer is to onboard and provide training, coaching and mentoring to new Performing Tour Specialists during their orientation period. Our Performing Tour Specialists are inside sales professionals in a high-output environment selling performance travel programs to high school and middle school music directors. The Sales Trainer will also take an active role in development, production and maintenance of formal training programs for the OnStage sales teams. This is accomplished by working closely with all stakeholders across the OnStage product lines to ensure rep training is completed in line with the organization’s needs/goals.
