We seek to understand, map, and illustrate our users’ thought processes for how they experience their engagements with us. We then design things, systems, and processes to align what they need to experience with what we want them to experience. Our team works across the organization in established and new workstreams and in multiple capacities from advising to designing to build. The team is currently comprised of 4 designers one of them being the lead and will expand to a 7 person team by mid 2022. Although each User Experience professional works independently managing their workstream, or within their own discipline (UXR/UXD/UXV), we are a closely knit team and seek opportunities for collaboration, support, growth and development with each other.
