Full-Time Senior Account Executive

We’re looking for an achiever; a motivated, solution-focused, and tech-savvy sales professional with a background in business-to-business software sales to join us on our mission. If you believe in the power of technology and its ability to create positive human experiences, we want to hear from you!

As a Senior Account Executive, you will report directly to the VP, Sales.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Develop rapport, ask open and pertinent questions to understand the pain points of customer prospects, and educate them on how your solution can assist them in exceeding their objectives.
  • Identify and engage potential new customers through inbound leads as well as your own prospecting.
  • Cultivate, build, and maintain relationships to maximize successful outcomes.
  • Conduct detailed discovery sessions and apply a consultative approach to understand customer pain-points and determine ideal solutions to meet their needs.
  • Present demos on the Fonolo product, its value, and ROI to audiences of varying compositions and sizes.
  • Manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders and budgets.
  • Develop and foster effective and collaborative cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Customer Success, Development, Operations, Human Resources, and the Executive teams.
  • You will have access to an impressive tech stack (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo) to support your work securing new business relationships.

 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE:

  • Experienced in B2B software sales with a proven track record of exceeding your sales objectives (5+ years).
  • You’re experienced at selling to Fortune 500 companies and a variety of industry verticals. Bonus if you have experience with contact centers.
  • An excellent communicator (verbal and written) with polished presentation abilities.
  • A seasoned sales professional who guides the entire sales process.
  • A Salesforce pro and know how to leverage data insights and reporting to build customer relationships, deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet objectives.
  • Confident, experienced, and comfortable presenting demos with Teams and other presentation technologies.

NOTE: Experience and belief in a metrics-driven sales organization is an asset.
