Job description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team every Friday for an 8-hour shift (one day per week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate data input and data entry
- Data processing and verification
- Archiving and organizing digital and physical records
- General office administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Excel, data entry systems)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Legal status to work in Canada.
Schedule: Every Friday, 8-hour shift (part-time, 8 hours/week)
