Housing Officer | Cardiff | Immediate Start

4-week contract covering sickness absence
Potential for extension
Immediate start available
Based in Cardiff
Driver with access to a car essential

Key responsibilities:

Manage a patch of tenants and properties
Conduct tenancy and neighbourhood visits
Deal with ASB, tenancy breaches and neighbour disputes
Support vulnerable tenants and safeguarding cases
Work with tenants to sustain tenancies
Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
Manage complaints and customer enquiries
Maintain accurate housing management records
Apply housing legislation and tenancy policies
