Requirements
- Language: English
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience: Will train
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
- Dust furniture and clean surfaces
- Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guest rooms
- Stock and organize linen closets
- Handle and report lost and found items
- Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or services
- Provide basic information about hotel facilities
- Clean windows, walls, and ceilings
Work Setting
- On-site position; all duties must be performed at the physical location
- No remote work option available
