Full-Time Growth Marketing Manager – Posted by Anywhere

Founded in 2013, Confiant is the cybersecurity leader at protecting people from malicious ads online. We are ridding the digital world of malvertising with every bad ad we detect. Our first-of-its-kind technology makes it easy to see, block, and replace the unwanted ads that threaten people online, hurt brand’s reputation, and impact publisher’s revenue and resources. Confiant operates as a remote-first company, with half our team working from home in the NYC region and the rest of our team members living worldwide.

The Role:

Confiant is hiring a Marketing Manager to support our growing team. The Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing and will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Operations and Customer Success teams to create and optimize cross-channel funnels, campaigns, and engagement tactics that attract high-intent audiences and drive customer acquisition. They will be key in creating marketing, communications materials and content for Sales and Customer Success, and distributing those materials to internal and external audiences across channels. They will also be the point person for internal and external communications and event planning. This role is fully remote.


  • Partner closely with marketing and sales leadership to maintain and continually improve our target account list, the foundational piece that enables our Account-Based Marketing strategy.
  • Own the coordination for, and execution of, all marketing and sales enablement projects including email, events, webinars, form capture, nurturing, and lead lifecycle
  • Own list building to establish our target accounts and contact lists for SDR outreach
  • Define and implement marketing operations best practices as they relate to all the marketing functions – digital, content marketing, demand generation, events, webinars, the website, and sales development. Lead and grow the sales and marketing analytics function, identifying key metrics across the funnel, and delivering actionable insights on our marketing performance and contribution to the sales pipeline.
  • Help us with growing and building our culture tools – We have game nights, an intranet and slack channels (even one for pets!) galore. We want you to have fun with them and drive internal adoption
  • Take on Market research projects as needed to develop a better understanding of our audience and develop marketing messaging
  • Become a key member of the marketing team on strategy, execution, and customer journey improvement
  • Help drive growth and market share expansion while developing a full year growth plan with the leadership team
  • Deliver ongoing analytics and reporting using Social media analytics, Hootsuite, Salesforce, Hubspot and Google tools to provide insights on target segmentation for better campaign decision making.
  • Support the marketing planning effort by providing performance insights to help set and manage budgets, establishing KPIs and reporting on progress against goals.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities product lines and/or services to deliver new engagements


  • Experience with ABM tools (ex. 6sense or DemandBase) and Growth Hacking
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools/CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, Pardot and/or Salesforce)
  • Outstanding communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or beyond
  • B2B SaaS marketing operations experience
  • Professional experience in the AdTech Industry
  • Professional experience working with hyper-growth startups, or teams who have undergone rapid changes to their go-to-market plans.
  • Professional experience with social media management, presence and employer digital brand.
  • A proven track record of developing compelling marketing materials, specifically email writing.
  • Experience performing marketing research and keeping up to date on industry trends.
  • A Deadline-driven mindset and not be afraid to push for time adherence.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of independence.
  • Experience using G-Suite tools, including Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides.
