WE’RE HOLDING A HIRING FAIR!! This position is based at our Burlington plant. We welcome applications from candidates in Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville, Milton, Mississauga, St Catherine’s, and other surrounding communities in the GTA.

Tru Earth is looking for 20 #changemakers to join our General Labour (Production Associate, Assembly Associate or Fulfillment Associate) team on both our Afternoon (2pm-10:30pm) and Night (10pm-6:30am) shifts!

We will be speed interviewing and making decisions on the spot so come prepared!

WHO: YOU!

As a General Labor role you are accountable for operating equipment in a warehouse and preparing items for further processing. Responsibilities include checking products, assembling, packing, or moving items to ensure equipment runs smoothly.

Main Job Tasks, & Duties

• Follow safety protocols, use PPE, report hazards, and maintain a clean work area.
• Assemble products, inspect for defects, package for shipment, and move materials as needed.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently; participate in maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Help train new team members, work collaboratively to achieve targets, and solve operational issues.
• Support initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Perform other tasks as required

Shifts Available

• ·General Labour (Afternoon) – Monday to Friday 2:00pm – 10:30pm
• ·General Labour (Graveyard) – Monday to Friday 10:00pm-6:30am

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AS TRANSIT MAY BE DIFFICULT DURING SHIFT START/END TIMES.

WHEN: October 2, 2026 from 10:00am – 2:00pm

WHERE: Our Burlington Plant – 1150 Corporate Drive, Burlington, ON(Please follow instructions below)

• Please note that Tru Earth shares the building with another company, EMCO. When you first arrive, you will likely only see the EMCO signage. Continue driving around the building, passing the Tru Earth Shipping & Receiving area. Keep following the road around the building and at the opposite end you will see the Tru Earth employee entrance.
• Parking is available in front of the employee entrance. Once you have parked, walk towards the grass/ end of the parking lot close to the employee entrance and turn right, Do not go towards shipping & receiving again.
• You will see the Main Office Entrance with glass door, please come there and HR will there to greet you.

HOW:

• Show up between 10:00am and 2:00pm
• Bring a printed copy of your resume and work permit/Visa if applicable.
• Bring your identification and banking information in case you are one of the successful candidates!
• You will be required to indicate the shift(s) you are interested in
