Job Description

JOB DUTIES:

Apply knowledge of engineering devises, engineering molecular and tissue engineering to provide on-site service, repair and/or installation of company bioengineering equipment currently under development. Study technical reports and documents from customers, evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biotechnology equipment. Maintain records of tool configurations pertaining to hardware, software, consumables, and application releases for biotech uses. Be responsible for customer interface with research and development groups. Maintain a working relationship with customers and instill confidence and credibility in our company and product. Summarize and communicate issues to development engineers for triage and participate in root cause analysis investigations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor of Science’s degree in Bioengineering or Biomedical Engineering; coursework in engineering devises, engineering molecular and tissue engineering; 2 months’ experience in job offered or as Engineering Summer Intern.

WAGE/HOURS:

$101,005/year – $102,000/year or ($48.56/hr – $49.04/hr);40 hours/week
