Experience                       :   2 years to 3 years experience

Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who install, repair, replace and maintain eavestrough and gutter systems, including downpipes and related drainage components, on new and existing residential and commercial properties.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Requisition materials and supplies.
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions.
• Prepare work progress reports.
• Read blueprints and drawings.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.
