Job Description
Short-Term Campaign Job Through Election Day, No Experience Necessary
Full-time & Part-time, Temporary
It’s your time to step up for Nebraska! Dan Osborn isn’t a career politician. He’s a Navy veteran and a union mechanic, and he’s running as an independent because he believes Nebraskans deserve a senator who answers to them, not to party bosses or big donors. Fair wages, affordable healthcare, and a government that works for everyday people aren’t left or right ideas. They’re Nebraska values.
Campaigns like this aren’t won with TV ads. They’re won by people power: neighbors talking to neighbors, one conversation at a time, on every porch, corner, driveway, sidewalk, field and farm across the state. There are more working Nebraskans than there are special interests, and when we show up, we win. If you’re ready to help build that power from the ground up, we want you on our team!
We’re hiring Canvassers and Team Leads to build support for Dan Osborn for the U.S. Senate.
This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in Leadership, Public Speaking & Persuasion, Grassroots Organizing, Voter & Community Engagement, and Data Collection, all skills that carry over to careers in politics, nonprofits, and sales.
Competitive pay! Canvassers start at $25/hr and Leadership at $26/hr, with paid training at $20/hr for your first 3 days. All staff are eligible for overtime pay, full-time bonuses, driver bonuses, and referral bonuses when you bring your friends on board.
Schedule: Shifts run 11:45am–8pm, weekdays and weekends, through Election Day (Nov. 3). Flexible schedules available.
