Overview

Consumer Voice Company is hiring a remote Consumer Voice Transcriptionist to accurately transcribe customer calls, focus groups, and other voice recordings into clean, well-formatted text. The role requires excellent listening comprehension, strong attention to detail, and adherence to company style and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Transcribe audio recordings of customer calls, interviews, surveys, and focus groups into accurate written transcripts.
Identify and label speakers, insert timestamps, and follow specified formatting guidelines.
Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
Flag unclear audio, inaudible segments, or content requiring escalation.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information responsibly.
Meet project deadlines and manage multiple assignments concurrently.
Communicate with supervisors regarding questions, feedback, and quality issues.
