The Detail

We are seeking a Community Safety Officer to #BePartOfIt at one of the UK’s Best Places to Work for 2022.

As a Community Safety Officer within One Vision Housing you’ll take a proactive approach to taking a leading role in developing effective processes and measures to identify and manage anti-social behaviour, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. You’ll be aiming to provide first point resolution whether that be face-to-face, phone, e-mail, letter, or text customer enquiries. It will be fast, it will be challenging, but it will be an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant award-winning team. Your flexible can-do attitude will help the service run smoothly and will make for a happy customer. It’ll also set you on the right track for a rewarding career within our Community Safety department.

Post Type: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 36 hrs – Agile
