Benable has raised $18M and is hiring our first full-time Brand Development Associate. This role is part of our founding team, with meaningful ownership from day one. You’ll help grow our Brand Portal, which connects brands with content creators, and drive the relationship pipeline from thoughtful outreach through customer signup.
You’ll research brands and the people behind them, test ways to start useful conversations, prepare demos, capture next steps, answer questions, and keep relationships moving. You’ll use AI, agents, and automation throughout the process, building systems that help us learn what works and do more of it.
We’re looking for 1-3 years of sales, brand development, BDR, or selling-related experience. That can include work where you’ve earned someone’s attention, understood their needs, made a compelling case, and followed through to a sale or decision. You write well, learn quickly, stay organized, and already use AI extensively. You’re ambitious, thoughtful, collaborative, and reliable.
Full-time, permanent, remote, U.S./Canada. $65k base + $35k target bonus ($100k OTE), uncapped, equity, full benefits.
