Requirements

• Language: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: Experience is an asset

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods
• Prepare batters for muffins, cookies, cakes, and icings according to recipes or special orders
• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Prepare pastries for special occasions such as weddings and birthdays
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
• Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling
• Develop and manage production schedules
• Ensure product quality meets established standards
• Maintain and organize inventory
• Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods

Work Setting

• On-site position; all duties must be performed at the physical location
• No remote work option available
