Ball State University’s Vice Provost Academic Affairs Office has an opportunity for a full time Administrative Coordinator. This position provides primary support for the Associate Provost for Faculty Professional Support and Development in the Office of the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs. The job will allow collaboration with offices across campus and includes engagement with the Faculty Excellence Center, Community Engagement Immersive Learning, and the Writing Challenge.

Minimum qualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent. At least three years of secretarial or administrative support experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and accounting spreadsheets.

 

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

 

Preferred qualifications: Associate’s degree in a business related field. Over three years of experience with office operations, accounting, budgets and purchasing; knowledge of Banner.
