Full-Time Transformation Director (Network Operations)
Job Description
This role will primarily be responsible for the exploitation of three strategic OSS investment programs by Network Operations.
These programs will transform the way Network Operations and Service Assurance operate creating a customer experience that differentiates Colt.
Key accountabilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming Network Operations through:
Leading the operational integration and exploitation of the major OSS systems.
Design and delivery of automation, correlation and machine learning driving continual improvement
Revision of operating models and processes in line with future system capabilities.
Setting a tone of prediction and prevention for Network Operations where Colt provided technology is managed to optimise the customer’s business processes performance in direct support of Colt’s strategy.
Freeing operational resources from the transactional assurance activities to focus higher value customer focused work and service offerings.
Skills & Experience
Experience in Network Operations, Engineering and Service Delivery
Experience in data analytics for the purpose of decision making
Experience driving change across very large teams
Proven and demonstrable record of successfully delivering large IT integration programs
Extensive technology and telecommunications experience

Skills/Qualifications
Minimum Bachelors Degree with a preference for Masters
Previous Directorate experience
Proven track record running hybrid teams of operational and system resources
