Job Description

JJ EC, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, organize, interpret, and analyze data to support business operations and informed decision-making. The successful candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights, prepare reports, identify trends, and help improve business processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with data analysis tools and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from various sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Use Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other relevant tools to process and analyze information.
• Develop visual reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau, when required.
• Identify data inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records and follow data quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and relevant departments to understand reporting requirements.
• Protect confidential information and follow company data-handling procedures.
• Meet reporting deadlines and support continuous process improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A degree or relevant qualification in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

Entry-level candidates with relevant training or demonstrable analytical skills may be considered. Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence is an advantage.

Compensation and Work Schedule
