Description:
As an employee of Channel Partners, you will be assigned to work in retail stores on a weekly, bi-weekly and/or one-time basis. You will be responsible for servicing retail stores within a 15-mile radius of your home address and can expect part-time, varying hours from week to week. On average, you can expect to be scheduled 8-13 hours each week. Workload may vary drastically based on the time of the year.
Compensation:
- Employees are paid an in-store and online training hourly rate of $16.00 per hour

Channel Partners Merchandiser Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time, including stocking and organizing products, auditing placement, tagging/signing items, collecting data, setting displays, and maintaining planograms
- Accurately report all completed in-store projects through a mobile app, including answering project-related questions and uploading required photos
- Make routine decisions, escalate store issues when needed, manage schedules to meet deadlines, and resolve basic service-related issues
- Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to support company and client goals
- Create and foster cooperative relationships with Channel Partners employees including peers, CPS corporate employees, partners and managers
- Continuously, more than 60% of the time:
- Lift up to 10 pounds
- Stand and walk up to 4 hours at a time
- Visually see small items, numbers and codes
- Repetitive use of fingers, wrists and hands
- Frequently, 30% – 60% of the time:
- Lift up to 25 pounds
- Stoop and bend
- Kneel and crouch
- Reach above and below shoulder level
- Occasionally, less than 30% of the time:
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Climb ladders
- Climb stairs, use escalators or elevators in assigned store if needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations, including understanding retail terminology and company software
- Reliable transportation to stores within a 15-mile radius of your home and ability to transport supplies as needed
- Internet access with printing and downloading capabilities
- Regular access to a smart device with a data plan, app download capability, and photo upload functionality
- Active email address and phone with voicemail
- Strong communication skills in person, by phone and via email
- Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects by deadlines
- Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use basic tools such as a screwdriver, box cutter and hammer
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing priorities
