Full-Time Food Services Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and organized Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team in Fort Macleod, Alberta. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive wage and the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Salary: $36.00 per hour
Hours: 40 to 45 hours per week
Schedule: Morning, evening, weekend, and flexible hours
Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

Develop budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, beverages, kitchen, and cleaning supplies

Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to ensure high service standards

Plan and organize daily restaurant operations

Recruit, train, and supervise staff

Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

Negotiate with clients for catering services or facility use

Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
Requirements
-
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year

1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management

Valid Serving It Right Certificate

Valid Food Safety Certificate

Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
