OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Partnership Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in facilitating YouTube sponsorships.
This role is centered on coordination and facilitation – requiring a candidate to have a deep understanding of the YouTube ecosystem, excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a focus on driving impactful campaign outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to embed yourself in the YouTube sponsorship ecosystem, driving meaningful partnerships and contributing to our brand’s growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Agency & Sponsor Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with YouTube agencies and sponsors, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on sponsorship initiatives. Manage the full sales cycle of campaigns – including the prospecting of net new agencies, securing campaigns, managing execution of those campaigns, delivering reporting and facilitating successful renewals.
– Inventory Management: Oversee and coordinate YouTube sponsorship inventory, working closely with other internal teams to ensure available sponsorship slots are filled efficiently and yield is maximized.
– Brand Representation: Serve as the go-to representative for Morning Brew within the ecosystem of agencies who focus on YouTube inventory specifically – establishing relationships with other creator companies, platforms, and agencies.
– Campaign Execution: Partner with key collaborators across the organization to ensure alignment on deliverables and strategies, serving as the primary point of contact for seamless campaign execution from start to finish.
– Inbound Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries focused specifically on YouTube inventory sponsorships and branded video opportunities.
– Pricing & Negotiations: Share rate cards, assist in pricing negotiations, and contribute to filling the pipeline with viable prospects.
– Relationship Management: Own the upsell and renewal of YouTube specific clients as we continue to build out our client base focused primarily on that inventory set.
QUALIFICATIONS
– 3-5 years of proven experience in the YouTube ecosystem, ideally within a YouTube agency or sponsorship-focused role.
– Expertise in managing YouTube sponsorships, branded content campaigns, and understanding sponsorship inventory and video opportunities.
– A personal interest in YouTube content that makes you naturally in tune with how the creator ecosystem is evolving on a daily basis.
– Strong communication skills – including the ability to build impressive presentations, present verbally, correspond with fast moving clients in writing, and speak to creative services in a credible way.
– Collaborative team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships with agencies, sponsors, and creators.
– Familiarity with brand partnerships, pricing negotiations, and relevant sales processes.
– Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with a proactive, resourceful, and driven approach to exceeding expectations.
– Passion for and belief in Morning Brew, its mission, and its franchises and products.
COMPENSATION $80,000 – $100,000 base salary *Final offers for this job will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided, commensurate with experience. Total offer package to include benefits highlighted under our perks section below.
