TITLE:  Labor & Employee Relations Senior Analyst

SALARY & FLSA: $86,390 – $129,585; FLSA exempt

The $86,390 annual starting pay is structured to be competitive and may extend up to the $107,987 midpoint of the annual range, reflecting our commitment to offering competitive compensation to qualified candidates.

As our Labor Employee Relations Senior Analyst, we know you will be successful in this role because you are:

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with employees and managers to promptly address and provide guidance, prepare written materials, and settle any escalated employee issues or union grievances in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participate in union negotiations and adhere to terms of collective bargaining agreement by monitoring compliance with wages, hours, and working conditions.
  • Conduct employee exit interviews, analyze data, and make recommendations to business leaders for action and improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommend best practices.
  • Oversee recognition and reward program for employee performance to boost motivation and productivity.
  • Coordinate with the leave administrator on requests for accommodation so they comply with ADA, policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as the lead for complex projects from developing and facilitating training to conducting an executive search and creating workforce planning goals.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Required to have at least three (3) or more years of employee relations experience, which includes conducting investigations and coaching managers on performance management.
  • Successful applicants must live and work in Washington State to perform this role.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient speaking languages other than English.
