About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced and talented Social Media Manager to help oversee our social media accounts and grow our owned marketing channels. You will be responsible for creating and implementing our strategy on social media. You will also play a big role in our awesome content team as we formulate and execute initiatives.

In this remote-friendly role, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You’re a creative marketer who possesses excellent communication skills and can connect our brands to audiences across different social platforms. You will also be an integral part in coordinating with relevant social media influencers who can help grow our brand organically.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Manage and oversee all social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and any other emerging channels.
  • Brainstorm, create and execute content that aligns with our company’s mission, business goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and execute influencer strategy to help grow our organic reach.
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics relevant to social traffic and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, product and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
  • Engage with followers, answer questions and find unique and creative ways to keep our brands top of mind with our social community.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
  • Hands-on experience in influencer marketing and strategy
  • Ability to plan and organize social media and content
  • Excellent and creative copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Proficiency in social media analytics
  • Ability to generate reports tracking KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Works well in groups and team environments
