  • Lead, manage and set up the project controls capability for a major project or programme – processes, procedures, systems
  • Provide interpretation of the data in the monthly reporting to support prompt decision making
  • Establish and manage the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and supervise the Project Control deliverable to collate monthly KPI & progress data related to time, cost, risk, and quality for the purposes of monthly business reporting
  • Implement effective project governance, processes and systems throughout the project lifecycle


We’re looking for:

  • Relevant technical degree and management qualifications. Professional experience undertaking project control roles for the development and/or delivery of construction projects
  • Experience in a Project Controls role within large, complex infrastructure or construction projects, preferably with a formal professional Project Management qualification
  • Experience working within planning & scheduling, cost management
  • Experience of risk management, change control information management and reporting within complex projects, and integration of same
  • Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6
