(CHH) wants you on our team as the Outreach and Education Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping CHH’s prevention programs, building relationships with community partners, and overseeing initiatives that center Black Women & Girls, Men Reducing Violence, Greater Lowell cultural community, LGBQ/T+ individuals, and youth.

Your Role in This Mission
As Outreach and Education Manager you will:
Lead & Innovate – Develop and oversee CHH’s Hope Prevents programs, creating culturally relevant, trauma-informed prevention strategies.
- Inspire & Educate – Deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and trainings at local, state, and national levels.
- Supervise & Mentor – Provide guidance and leadership to a team of educators, interns, and volunteers.
- Engage & Build Partnerships – Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with schools, community-based organizations, and key stakeholders.
- Measure & Improve – Track program outcomes and effectiveness, ensuring data-driven impact and continuous improvement.
- Advocate & Represent – Serve as a thought leader in anti-racist prevention education, participating in key committees and advocacy efforts.
- Support trauma-informed direct services
- Support CHH’s 24/7 hotline, medical advocacy, and web chat support.
- Engage in training and continuous learning, becoming an internal trainer for new crisis counselors.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in social work, psychology, community organizing, or violence prevention.
- 5+ years of experience in health and social services, with at least 2 years in program management/supervision.
- A strong background in developing and implementing culturally responsive programs for diverse communities.
- Exceptional leadership, public speaking, and training skills.
- A passion for social justice and the ability to work effectively with people from all backgrounds.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Khmer, Portuguese) highly encouraged to apply!

Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000
