DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Education, Licenses, Certifications

 

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

 

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in a relevant field of study preferred.

 

Experience:

* This position primarily performs OneSource Updating for the Components Engineering HR team and will also serve as backup Updater for other HR Associates/Updaters in plants who may be out due to vacations, etc. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: produce accurate documents within 24 hours of final approvals, which may include internal offer letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, etc.; managing tracker updates, documents and meeting other audit/process requirements.

 

Additional Qualifications:

* Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, accuracy and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage confidential information. Manage time effectively. Comfort with ambiguity, ability to multi-task and quickly change between priorities as needs change; demonstrated success managing large request volume is preferred. Willing to take initiative to recommend changes and implement improvements. Experience with OneSource is strongly preferred; prior experience with Human Resources or educational experience also preferred. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, etc.). Desire to pursue a career in Line HR and ability to grow within HR.
