Experience                       :   2 years to 3 years experience

Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the daily activities of drywall finishers, installers and related workers engaged in the installation of drywall panels, ceiling systems work.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Requisition materials and supplies.
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions.
• Prepare work progress reports.
• Read blueprints and drawings.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.
