Job Description

Director of Brand + Strategy

Is responsible to help the CEO drive revenue, build strategy and lead creative.

is responsible for the success of the company’s marketing, sales & business growth.

Responsibility 

General

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing & sales plan to increase brand awareness & company sales
  • Design and review the Sales & Marketing department’s budget
  • Track competitors’ activities
  • Build CRM & Pipeline for Marketing & Sales Management
  • Mange company Sales pipeline
  • Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing & Sales department
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing & sales metrics for the CEO
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • “Listen” to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company
  • Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
  • Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)

Day to Day

  • Run Client Strategy Meetings & Proposals
  • CRM & Pipeline Management
  • Create Weekly Reports (Pipeline, Revenue, Expense, and Projections)
  • Oversee Marketing & Business Development Budget
  • Lead Mojo set up, campaigns running for & future Business Development persons
  • Personal Social
  • Run Engagement personal social media accounts (lead Mojo)
  • FB, LI, TW, IG, YT
  • Networking meetings
  • Set Up Virtual Coffee
  • New Client Summary for Creative Team
  • Strategy
  • Build Strategy & Brand Blueprints
  • Build Sales CRM & Sales Drip Campaigns

Requirements

  • Proven experience as successful marketer and over all brand manager
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g., social media) and non-digital (e.g., press) channels
  • A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
