Developer

Job Summary:
Senior Developer needed to design and deliver secure AI solutions that improve operations, reduce administrative workload, and support business needs in a controlled enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into AI technical solutions
• Design, build, and deploy custom AI and RAG applications
• Support adoption of approved enterprise AI tools
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture, and workflows
• Evaluate AI outputs for quality, security, and compliance
• Collaborate with business and technology teams

Required Skills and Certification:

• 10+ years of programming and analysis experience
• Strong skills in AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, Python, SQL, and C#
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure Cloud, MLOps, AI governance, and Responsible AI
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card required

Preferred Skills and Certification:

• Master’s degree
• Experience with Vertex AI, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, and advanced AI pipelines
