Full-Time Account Manager
Job Description
What You’ll Do
The Account Manager is responsible for the success of b.wells’ self-insured employer clients from implementation throughout the entirety of their life cycle as a b.well customer.
- Operate as the strategic advisor and lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to b.well’s employer accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by creating and operationalizing a client success plan in conjunction with the client’s decision makers and executives
- Drive towards delivering a return-on-investment and success against KPIs for each client
- Provide population insights to clients through robust reporting and analytics
- Manage the client launch process, provide training and ensure successful population configuration and achievement of agreed launch schedule
- Lead appropriate, recurring client-facing meetings and communication cadence
- Communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Liaise between cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This includes sales and marketing, design, data, consumer success, engineering, and product development teams.
- Gauge client engagement scope and provide feedback regarding product and service improvements
- Develop onboarding and retention strategies on a per-client basis
- You will safeguard sensitive data by following policies and training concerning your security and privacy responsibilitiess
Notches In Your Belt:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience using BI tools such as Periscope
- Demonstrated skills in analytics and research, client relations, executive presentations, and cross functional project management
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
- Strong desire to work in a close team/collaborative setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and business acumen
- Solid experience with MS Office and G Suite
- Be capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
- Be flexible, dependable, and resourceful
- Have a desire to innovate and improve medical care
