Responsibilities
As the Information Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that information and records are being managed and used in line with business requirements, MOD policy and UK and EU law. Your primary focus will be on delivering and managing the deployment of MS Teams and SharePoint to multiple teams across the business to an agreed Programme in support of KIM Strategy. You will implement plans to support and lead the development and implementation of processes and tools to improve service to our customers.
You will:
• Lead a team delivering large projects.
• Deliver KIM projects to meet the needs of the business, considering relevant service agreements or standards.
• Identify information risks within the organisation, work with colleagues to mitigate information risk.
• Brief stakeholders and non-technical colleagues on KIM processes and projects.
• Fulfil Primary Delivery Manager responsibilities for your direct reports.
What you will be assessed against
To be found successful you must demonstrate the following essential criteria:
• Qualification in IT or Knowledge and Information Management or relevant experience in a large organisation.
It would benefit your application should be able to demonstrate the following desirable criteria:
• Experience working with MS Teams and SharePoint
• Project Management experience
