Full-Time Sales Account Executive

DigiSure is an early-stage startup reimagining the way insurance is packaged, priced and serviced as an essential part of the modern, on-demand world we live in today. As a Sales Account Executive, you will report to the Director of Sales. You will work alongside a team that focuses on our customer’s business needs, and have the opportunity to grow your career within DigiSure.

You will have inbound leads from SDRs, Marketing, and other sources so you can focus on driving deals across the finish line and building long-term partnerships.

You will be laser-focused on achieving monthly/quarterly pipeline goals to close deals and bring clients. You are someone who is incredibly resourceful, independent, and comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with working at a start-up.

As we are currently a remote team, it is important that you are a self-starter that takes initiative, and communicates effectively.

What you’ll do:

  • Meet and exceed revenue and quota expectations
  • Lead discovery conversations and solution discussions
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and drive new business sales
  • Establish and navigate relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Join sales and marketing members at industry events and conferences across the U.S.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas
  • Navigate complex sales cycles while leveraging our internal tech stacks
  • Strategically build long-term relationships and prospecting networks with clients

What you’ll need:

  • 6+ years of previous sales/business development experience developing partnerships with clients
  • 2+ years at your current company
  • SaaS experience is a must
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, and multiple decision-makers
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a creative problem-solving approach
  • Ability to work with SDRs closely to draft call scripts, email templates and target lists
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills
  • A consistent track record of hitting goals and numbers
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Pro-active, independent thinking, and a high energy/positive attitude
  • Expert-level pipeline management
  • College degree or equivalent experience
