Director of Brand + Strategy
Is responsible to help the CEO drive revenue, build strategy and lead creative.
is responsible for the success of the company’s marketing, sales & business growth.
Responsibility
General
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing & sales plan to increase brand awareness & company sales
- Design and review the Sales & Marketing department’s budget
- Track competitors’ activities
- Build CRM & Pipeline for Marketing & Sales Management
- Mange company Sales pipeline
- Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing & Sales department
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing & sales metrics for the CEO
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
- “Listen” to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company
- Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
- Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department
- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)

- CRM & Pipeline Management
- Create Weekly Reports (Pipeline, Revenue, Expense, and Projections)
- Oversee Marketing & Business Development Budget
- Lead Mojo set up, campaigns running for & future Business Development persons
- Personal Social
- Run Engagement personal social media accounts (lead Mojo)
- FB, LI, TW, IG, YT
- Networking meetings
- Set Up Virtual Coffee
- New Client Summary for Creative Team
- Strategy
- Build Strategy & Brand Blueprints
- Build Sales CRM & Sales Drip Campaigns
Requirements
- Proven experience as successful marketer and over all brand manager
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g., social media) and non-digital (e.g., press) channels
- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
