Full-Time Product Marketing Manager
Job Description
What you will do:
- Establish cohesive and compelling messaging and positioning for our products and features
- Define, build and execute the go to market strategy for new products/features including launch timeline, content strategy and communication plan for both prospects and customers
- Drive and maintain messaging consistency around how we talk about Filevine and Filevine’s features across internal teams (development, sales, training, customer success, implementation)
- Drive new market launches with competitive and market research, product development and positioning and messaging architecture
- Deliver continuous value around Filevine’s products throughout the entire customer journey
- Create enablement material to support Sales and internal teams around users, personas, competitive advantage and benefits
- Build campaigns to support new customer acquisition and customer upsell with Filevine’s product value and benefits at the core
What you are good at:
- You can write! You are as comfortable writing short-form website content as you are writing internal strategy documents
- You are a critical thinker and can scope the entire customer journey while making tactical impact with email campaigns, enablement material or sales trainings
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity
- You love solving complex problems and are comfortable balancing high-level strategy and implementable solutions simultaneously
- You have a proven ability to work cross functionally to mobilize internal teams to deliver continuous value
- You can communicate complex ideas and timelines to diverse audiences and stakeholders to gain consensus
- You take a lot of initiative, but are continuously collaborative
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Product Marketing experience
