Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Job summary:
This part-time (10-12hrs/week) position will be responsible for the following:
- Providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the organization
- Providing direct support to supervisor and Executive Director through a variety of tasks related to financial management, organization and communication
- Carrying out duties in a timely manner
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General administration (45%)
o Act as point of contact for THP and maintain correspondenceso Manage google suite (drive, emails, calendars
o Maintain accurate files and records
o Pick up mail from the post office and deposit checks at the bank
Financial (35%)
o Prepare invoices for programs and manage accounts receivableo Organize receipts and complete monthly credit card expense report
o Review monthly financial reports for accuracy
Fundraising (10%)
o Assist with fundraising events including large direct mailingsHuman resources (10%)
o Manage onboarding for new hireso Complete biweekly payroll report
