Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist / Dispatcher based in our Ranson, WV Factory location. The position is scheduled for 2nd Shift Sunday to Thursday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.

What you bring:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience operating a forklift, clamp truck or electric pallet jack.

SAP experience preferred.

Demonstrated or proven:

Organization and analytical skills;

Basic computer knowledge and skills;

Acute attention to detail;

Written and verbal communication skills;

Problem-solving and trouble shooting skills

Accuracy and data integrity.

What you will be doing:

Implement a diligent inventory management process to account for product location and distribution which often involves using physical stock counts and investigating discrepancies and adjusting errors.

Acts as a liaison to outside vendors and carriers, ensuring a customer-minded focus and effective communication.

Working within a team-oriented and fast-paced environment, ensure the correct product volumes are produced and delivered against production plan and key performance factors as part of the customer order fulfilment team.

Effectively communicate with Forklift Operators to ensure smooth flow of product into storage, pre-load and live-load areas• Adhere to ROCKWOOL’s established high-quality and environmental standards to identify and mitigate or escalate quality or environmental risks and issues.
