If you are driven and motivated to become part of a dynamic team, we have an opening for a WMS Super User in Memphis, TN.  Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for system support of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), support of Warehouse Operations as well as writing SQL queries.

Please note: this position participates in an On-Call rotation and will be required to be on-call every other week.

Your responsibilities may include:

* Develop and provide logistics analytics and make recommendations to achieve profitability, customer service, and/or inventory goals.
* Write SQL queries to pull data and reports from the WMS.
* Develop logistics analytics to make operational performance and trends visible.
* Lead and participate in six sigma and supply chain improvement projects.
* Use common processes tools, and information systems to enable supply chain analysis.
* Ensure data integrity of all analytics and reports.
* Develop reporting capability for supply chain Key Performance Indicators.
* Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement and action plans.
* Use existing business systems to provide analytics and reporting that are capable and repeatable.
* Develop basic supply chain models for scenario analysis.
* Conduct internal and external benchmarking analysis.
* Provide financial analysis as required.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

* Post-Secondary (College or University) Degree in a Related Field.

Experience:

* 3+ years of analytic skills within a supply chain environment.
* Previous experience managing a Warehouse Management System.  Preference will be given to candidates with Red Prairie’s WMS.
* Proven experience as an IT Super User.
