This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory and ooeration in a fast-paced and safe warehouse operation.

Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices.
Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders
Track each load accurately
Accurately count all pallets
Maintain pace of pallet configuration
Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets
Identify priorities and coordinate resources
Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers
Recommend process improvements
Coordinate picker and loader team
Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
Embrace and promote a culture of “stack, wrap, strap”

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,500 – $63,100.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

High School Diploma or GED
2 + years leadership experience required.
3+ years warehousing experience required.
Quality experience desired.
Experience using multiple systems including Microsoft (required) and SAP (desired).
Lean six sigma certification preferred.
Experience working a flexible schedule including early morning, late night and/or weekends
This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
