Job Description
We’re looking for a customer service superstar to come and join our front of house team. The VEA team look after all customer facing areas of the Charles Dickens Museum, from selling admission tickets, assisting with stock control, serving in our tea room and helping facilitate museum special events. You’ll be the first point of contact for our visitors, so excellent customer service is essential.
