DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cummins is looking for a Vice President of Services Operations. This critical role will be a key member of the Service Operations Leadership Team and will lead Service Operations for all of Canada, consisting of over 600 employees and 25 branches with unique complexities related to mining, marine, oil & gas, as well as regulatory and cultural differences across the largest operational geography in Cummins Sales and Service North America (CSSNA). The broader Service Operations vertical within CSSNA is an organization with over 5,000 employees and over 180 sites throughout North America, with significant impact on customer experience and service revenue. This role can be worked remotely from any location in Canada but will require 40-60% travel (post-COVID) to mostly remote locations within Canada.
Key requirements for the role:
* Inspire a large, distributed organization of mostly technicians to achieve world-class levels of performance on top KPIs (starting with Safety)
* Incorporate Canadian cultural and geographic nuances into day-to-day decision-making

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Education/Licenses/Experience
* College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering, Business or related field required
* Multi-site leadership experience required
