Key Responsibilities:
As a Truck Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations by:
- Coordinating Dispatch Activities: Monitor and manage the movement of vehicles, ensuring optimal route planning and timely deliveries.
- Maintaining Accurate Records: Ensure the accurate completion of timesheets, payroll summaries, and other operational documentation.
- Ensuring Equipment Functionality: Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of dispatch equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency.
- Managing Traffic and Operational Challenges: Advise vehicle operators of potential traffic delays, road closures, and other logistical challenges.
- Support Office Operations: Handle general office duties and provide administrative support to the logistics team.
- Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining communication equipment, ensuring all dispatch channels are functioning smoothly.

Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: No prior experience is required; we provide full training for the right candidate.
