JOB FAMILY DESCRIPTION

Serves as a senior contributor for implementing Black Knight’s Bankruptcy and Foreclosure product. Acts independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing clients technical guidance on requirements, configuration and business implications of implementing Bankruptcy and Foreclosure. Provides project materials, trainin g and support to the client throughout the project.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works individually or as a lead on projects in Black Knight’s Bankruptcy and Foreclosure product.
  • Plays a key role in the success of projects within established timelines and with a high level of Client Satisfaction.
  • Conducts requirements gathering and data mapping analysis to define business needs, process configuration and technical requirements with the client.
  • Serves as a liaison between the client and Black Knight internal support teams and development.
  • Guides and checks the work of less experienced team members.
  • Provides requirements to development and prepares regions with configuration.
  • Prepares materials and tracks preparation and execution of Test and Production event activities with project partners and the client.
  • Performs internal testing, supports client testing and go-live, triages defects, sizes changes and finalizes new requirements with the client.
  • Delivers Client Tester, Administrator and End User training.
  • Performs Support handoff and project closure activities.
  • Analyzes upcoming product enhancements and other company products for impacts to requirements and team procedures. Recommends and makes updates accordingly.
  • Consults directly with the client and may travel to the client site.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

EDUCATIONAL GUIDELINES

A Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Functional knowledge of loan default life cycle
  • Experience with application implementation or data conversion
  • Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio skills
  • Experience handling multiple projects with varying complexity and timelines

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Familiar with Black Knight products and services
  • Hands-on experience with Bankruptcy and Foreclosure product preferred
  • Mortgage, Home Equity or Consumer Servicing experience a plus
  • Business Analyst, Technical Analyst or Project management certification a plus
  • Familiar with Scaled Agile software development methodology a plus
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort level interacting with audiences of varying technical ability and organizational level
  • Willingness to gather information and share relevant knowledge with team members
  • Demonstrated team player with ability to drive projects to a successful outcome
  • Persistent and assertive in achieving key goals
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities

Technology Business Consultant II

Intermediate professional role. Moderate skills with high level of proficiency. Develops and implements solutions that require analysis and research. Works on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in one or more technologies. Possesses knowledge in a specific business area. Works on one or more projects as a team member or occasionally as a project lead. Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment. May consult with senior peers on certain projects. Typically requires at least three years of demonstrated business analysis/consulting experience, a minimum of three years of mortgage and home equity services consulting or management experience, and demonstrated technical capabilities.
