THIS POSITION CAN BE 100% REMOTE IN THE US OR HYBRID IN JACKSONVILLE WITH WORK HOURS OF 8-5 EDT
SUMMARY
Serves as a team contributor with expertise in Loan Boarding, Passport or Director responsible for formulating systems scope and objectives relative to a client organization’s business plan and industry requirements. Acts independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance concerning Loan Boarding, Passport or Director. Provides technical support on complex projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides expert level product support to Black Knight clients by resolving moderate to complex business and functional issues.
Maintains and fosters the relationship between the clients and Black Knight by ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining professional and timely client communication and timely resolving reported issues.
Expertly researches and documents client issues, technology, or regulations related to system functionality.
Recreates client issues in test environment, identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
May devise and/or modify processes and procedures to achieve greater efficiencies.
Conducts a variety of tests such as system, integration, disaster recovery readiness, and acceptance tests.
Mentors, guides, advises and/or checks the work of less experienced Technology Business Consultants.
May play a key role in the training of client and technical support personnel on enhancements, new systems or procedures.
May serve as pre-sales support specialist when needed.
Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Requires 4+ years of analytical and/or technical support experience or mortgage servicing experience
Experience with Loan Boarding (LLB), Passport or Director
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in defect tracking, customer service
Experience working in a technical client facing role
Knowledge of Black Knight products, services, and capabilities
Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach or work around
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Detail oriented, and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior MSP Mortgage or Home Equity Servicing experience.

Although target pay range may vary by work location, a representative pay range is $65,000 to $78,000. Eligible to participate in medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance and disability insurance, 401(k) plan and employee stock purchase plan. Eligible to participate in the discretionary annual performance bonus.
