Job Description

Premier Talent Partners is looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our internal team and support the growth of our Technology Vertical across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate is willing to roll up their sleeves and has 3+ years of Technical Recruiting experience. This is a remote position with an opportunity for growth.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pool of Tech talent so client hiring managers can find their next hire
  • Partner with Talent Team to ensure all active jobs have ample Tech talent recommendations
  • Craft job descriptions to increase Talent pipeline for Tech roles
  • Collaborate with Recruiters to cross-recommend Talent for applicable roles
  • Grow and maintain a strong network by attending recruiting industry events (virtual networking events, webinars, job fairs, career days, in-house recruitment events)
  • Source talent in internal Ajna platform and utilize external recruiting tools
  • Book and conduct Talent verifying calls to curate Talent profiles in Ajna
  • Educate Talent on how the Ajna platform functions and how they can use the it to assist in their job search
  • Pitch roles to tech talent to get them excited about potential opportunities
  • Assist with negotiating job offers when appropriate

 

Role Requirements & Premier Values Alignment

  • 3+ years of proven experience successfully placing Tech talent at an agency or in-house
  • Tech talent expertise and ability to explain job requirements for tech roles
  • Proficient in Tech Talent sourcing and growing Tech Talent pools
  • Passion for recruiting and a desire to consistently out-perform metrics and goals 
  • Knowledgeable about HR practices and laws and how to apply them throughout the recruiting process

  • Embraces coaching and feedback and able to apply improvements immediately
  • Reliable team player with positive, enthusiastic and supportive attitude
