Technical Recruiter

🚀 We’re Hiring: Technical Recruiter — Fully Remote (U.S. Based)

We’re a growing tech startup looking for an energetic, people-focused Technical Recruiter to help us find and connect with great talent as we build our team.

This is a fully remote position, but candidates must currently be based in the United States.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, knows how to identify strong candidates, and can create a great experience from the first conversation through the hiring process.

What You’ll Do

• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, referrals, and other recruiting channels
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with our hiring team
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for technical and non-technical positions
• Communicate clearly with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Help improve our recruiting process as the company grows
• Represent our startup professionally and create a positive candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or candidate sourcing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and modern recruiting platforms
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple candidates and positions

💻 Knowledge of software development or experience recruiting software engineers is preferred, but it is NOT required. If you’re curious about technology and willing to learn, we’d still love to hear from you.

📍 Location: United States only
🏠 Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
💰 Compensation: Salary depends on experience
