Full-Time Supervisor – Disassembly, Clean & Inspect

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Supervisor- Disassembly, Clean and Inspect to join our team specializing in engine manufacturing for our Distribution Unit in Henderson, CO.

 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

* Manages, develops, and leads the daily activities of multiple production teams.

* Responsible for the daily activities of multiple production teams including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.

* Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.

* Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.

* Coaches and mentors team members.

* Identifies training needs; develops and implements training plans.

* Health, Safety and Environment Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis – Examines HSE incidents by completing quality, evidence based investigations with accurate root cause analysis, resulting in effective corrective actions, accurate reporting and avoiding repeated incidents.

* Drives results – Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.

* Manages conflict – Handling conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise.

* College, university, or equivalent degree required.

* This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

 

Additional Experience

 

Intermediate level of supervisory experience required.

 

– Coaches team to improve the safety and productivity of the work area on a daily basis using lean manufacturing principles

– Addresses low performing employees through coaching and talent management process

– Recognize individuals and teams for achieving goals

 

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Compensation Range: $68,000-$97,000 Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after taking into account relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
