The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day

Would you like to join an exciting and innovative college in this new role dedicated to enriching and improving the college experience of all our students? We are looking for 2 posts one in Abingdon and one in Witney. As part of the student engagement team your role will involve developing, co-ordinating and delivering a full range of enrichment activities, events and workshops which meet the needs of all our students. You will be visible to students and work with them to deliver an exciting programme which builds positive engagement as well as seeing students try new activities and developing their practical and social skills. Additionally, you’ll be building relationships with external stakeholders and community groups to create student opportunities across the communities in which our students live and study. To succeed in this role you will already have experience of working with young people in a youth work, education or social care setting and be able to demonstrate the difference you have made in terms of successfully planning, organising or delivering activities to young people. Effective written and verbal communication skills are a must for this role along with an ability to build internal and external networks.
