The Role:
We are seeking an innovative technical lead to join Deed reporting to the VP of Engineer. As the Software Team Lead lead, you will oversee 3-5 software engineers and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.

Job requirements

You Will:

  • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
  • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
  • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.

You Have:

  • Experience architecting & building solutions using web technology
  • Interface with Product Managers to determine key requirements
  • Have experience leading a team
  • Design and develop full-stack application business logic using ReactJS, Node.js, & related technologies
  • Strong development and design experience using ReactJS and Node.js
  • Love shipping products across the spectrum of internal tools and user-facing apps
  • Experience implementing REST APIs / GraphQL
  • Experience with databases (NoSQL/SQL, e.g. MongoDB/Postgres)
  • Experience with automated testing
  • Enjoy working cross-functionally and globally with other teams in Product, Engineer and business partner

Compensation: 85,000 EUR -110,000 EUR OTE (on target earnings) including equity + salary base

Interview Process:
Our goal is to complete your interview process in under 3 weeks; however, we are happy to move at your pace.
After the initial phone screen, we would like you to meet with the Engineering Team and Founders and test your technical knowledge. Steps in the process may change depending on the availability of the candidate/hiring team and actual needs.
