Job Description

Social Media Communications Lead  

£28,931 – £30,840 per annum 

37 hours per week 

The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day 

52 weeks per annum 

Abingdon Campus 

Permanent 

Start date TBC 

 

This fun, challenging, busy and varied role will give the right candidate the opportunity to produce and implement dynamic & engaging social media marketing content across all channels. If you like the idea of being a “roving reporter” then this is definitely the role for you.

The postholder will actively engage with students and staff to generate dynamic student-focussed content across all college marketing media and assist the marketing team in the promotion of the college at internal and external events. In addition, the postholder will monitor the impact of our social media and make recommendations for change based on evidence gathered.

The ideal candidate will have experience scheduling and creating successful social media campaigns, will be comfortable using a range of content creation software and will have the ability to build rapport confidently and quickly with other people.
